Refund/Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges within 10 days of receiving your order.extra shipping will be applicable for exchange. if you choose to do so.
You can return your product for a different product, but please keep in mind that we do not offer refunds in any case.
Eligibility criteria for exchange
- Customer received a defective or wrong product.
- Customer is unhappy with the product.
- Customer must initiate the return within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Items must be unused and in the same condition with original packaging and original tags intact to be eligible for exchange.
